RULES & COVENANTS (“RULES”) VARIANCE

When a homeowner requires a temporary suspension of rules violations, a Variance may be provided by the HOA Board of Directors whenever circumstances, projects, or changes by homeowners are required.  Variance requests must be approved by the Board of Directors.
